General Terms and Conditions

Each peace of artwork that you order is made by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike. The vase that you receive may differ slightly in color, size and decoration from the example pictured on this web site.  The tile that you receive may vary slightly in color, but the size will be consistent.   Shipping and handling charges are only refundable when we made an error and sent the wrong item.  If there is a problem with your shipment, please save all packing materials and call or email me within 1 week of receipt.  608-764-1454, dovetail@live.com
